Thank you for taking the ride with me, helping me put into words what I couldn’t and guiding me through my inner truth.

Tammy J., Leadership Author

You have a general idea for a book, but you need clarity. The Book Blueprint Intensive helps you determine whether you have a viable book concept — and how to position it for success.

Most authors spend months, sometimes years, writing before they know whether they have the right book. This engagement helps you answer those questions before investing hundreds of hours — and tens of thousands of dollars — in a manuscript.

Who it’s for

Founders, executives, experts, consultants, and aspiring authors who want to determine whether they have a viable book concept and how to position it for success.

Together, we will identify

  • The core idea, argument, or narrative that drives the book
  • The audience the book is written for
  • The transformation the reader will experience
  • The strategic goals the book should achieve
  • The scope, structure, and positioning of the manuscript
  • The most appropriate publishing path

Why start with a blueprint

Write the right book, not just a book.

It’s also the best possible preview of what working with us is like — before you commit to the bigger project.

The Engagement

More than meetings. A complete strategic process.

The sessions are where it starts. The Blueprint is built through focused editorial and strategic work that continues long after we hang up.

01

The Working Sessions

We begin in the room together: focused, strategic sessions that pressure-test the concept and define what the book must do.

  • The core idea, argument, or narrative
  • Audience and reader transformation
  • Strategic goals for the book
  • Scope, structure, and positioning

02

The Development Work

Then we go to work. Between and after our sessions, we do the deep editorial and strategic work of building your book’s foundation.

  • Title and subtitle development
  • Table of contents architecture
  • Back-cover and Amazon positioning copy
  • Audience and market analysis

03

The Blueprint, Delivered

You leave with the Book Blueprint — a complete strategic document where you can finally see your book — and we refine it together until it’s right.

  • The written Book Blueprint
  • A working review session together
  • Recommended publishing path
  • A practical timeline for moving forward

The Book Blueprint Intensive is $1,200, credited in full toward a later ghostwriting or book-development engagement. Consider it the cost of certainty — and a working preview of the partnership.

Questions & Answers

Frequently asked questions

A book is a major investment of time, money, and reputation. These are the questions authors ask before committing to the Blueprint.

What is the Book Blueprint Intensive?

A complete strategy engagement: focused working sessions, followed by deep editorial and strategic development work, culminating in the Book Blueprint — a written document that defines your book’s core idea, audience, structure, positioning, and publishing path.

Why do authors start here?

Because writing a book is a major investment, and the Blueprint removes the guesswork. Authors tell us the moment the Blueprint lands — when they can see the title, the subtitle, the chapters — is the moment the book becomes real.

Who is it for?

Founders, executives, experts, consultants, and aspiring authors who have a general idea for a book and want to know whether the concept is viable — and how to position it — before investing in a manuscript.

How much does it cost?

The Book Blueprint Intensive is $1,200, credited in full toward a later ghostwriting or book-development engagement. If we build the book together, the Blueprint effectively costs nothing.

What do I walk away with?

The Book Blueprint itself: title and subtitle concepts, a table of contents, back-cover and Amazon positioning copy, audience and market positioning, strategic recommendations for writing and publishing, and a practical timeline. For the first time, you’ll be able to see the book.

Do I need anything prepared before we meet?

No. Some authors arrive with detailed notes; others bring conviction and a rough idea. The sessions are designed to draw the book out of you — that is the point of the work.

What if the sessions show my idea isn’t ready?

That is a valuable outcome, too. It is far better to discover that the concept needs rethinking in a strategy engagement than after months of writing. In that case, the Blueprint focuses on what the idea needs to become viable.

What happens after the Blueprint?

Whatever the book needs. Some authors continue with ghostwriting, book coaching, or editing; others take the Blueprint and write independently or work with another professional. The document is yours either way.

Is this the same as the free consultation?

No. The free consultation is a brief conversation about whether we are a fit. The Blueprint is a paid strategy engagement that produces a complete, written plan for your book — and gives both of us a real working preview of what a larger engagement would be like.
